2.  Hot off the Press – the JANUARY newsletter, OA Desert Recovery, focusing on the OA Tool:  PLAN OF EATING.  For your convenience, the newsletter is also attached.

3.  The most recent local Meeting List.  Note:  The Monday evening Recovering through Reading, Writing, and Sharing meeting will be moving to Sunday at 5:30 PM starting on the 28^th.

4.  Check out the most recent Region 3 eBlast.  See attached.

5.  The OA Virtual Region 2024 Convention takes place March 1st through the 3rd.  Want to attend?  Registration to the Convention is coming soon.  Click HERE to register.

7.  And speaking of retreats, the Scottsdale virtual meeting group (ASDI) is hosting a 3-day retreat in July, Transcending From Dieting to Recovery:  OA 12 Step Big Book Workshop in Phoenix at the Crown Plaza Hotel & Conference Center.  Stay tuned for more details.
